New Construction Completed - Pittsgrove, NJ
Challenge
Around this time last year, we met with our customer Elmer, of Pittsgrove, NJ. Elmer had found Grand View Roofing & Exteriors online and decided to contact us for an estimate. He had recently purchased a piece of land and was in the process of building a new home, so he needed pricing for a roof, some siding, and possibly other exterior projects. Our owner, Larry, met with Elmer and provided him with pricing for all of the work he was looking to have completed. After carefully considering his options, Elmer chose Grand View to perform his exterior work. After receiving a signed contract and his deposit, we just needed to secure the proper documents from the County & town before we were able to begin our work.
Solution
After some time, the builders and the permits necessary were both lined up and ready for us to start working. With the job being a new build, we began with the installation of the roof first. Elmer chose to use IKO Dynasty Roofing products for his new roof and opted for the popular yet stunning Summit Grey colored shingles. Because there was not a previous roof to compare it to, we cannot say what a difference, however, the roof installation went smoothly and quickly and came out great! Next, we reapproached the new front beams installed before the roof and added stained wood for a beautifully crafted new front porch with railings and woodworking for detail. Once the front porch was secure and constructed, we moved along to the new siding and Versetta stonework that Elmer asked for. He chose top-of-the-line Diamond Kote Siding in the color choice of Seal, truly giving his home that real wood siding look & feel. To the bottom perimeter of the front of the home, the new front porch columns, as well as the chimney stack and front section of the home, we installed new Versetta stone veneer siding in Plum Creek. With Elmer's choices for his new home, he truly built a work of art! Even down to the black trim around his entire house, pulling the Summit Gray roof right into the Seal colored Diamond Kote siding and the Plum Creek Versetta stone altogether so well. To think there was just an empty field in this place not very long ago is a crazy thought. Elmer was extremely happy with our work and even called us later down the road to add new gutter guards to his gutters. New Construction is no problem for Grand View Roofing & Exteriors.
