Photo Album: Newly Replaced IKO Dynasty Roof - Hammonton, NJ

If you want a job done right, Grand View Exteriors should be your first choice! Recently, we helped a customer in Hammonton, NJ replace his roof in just one day, despite running into unforeseen issues. We discovered damaged plywood beneath all the existing roofing materials, but we quickly replaced it with brand-new CDX plywood, which is a great alternative to the commonly used OSB plywood. After ensuring the roof was properly sealed and protected, we installed the rest of the IKO Dynasty Roofing system that the customer had chosen. The shingles remained in the same color scheme, but now had a refreshed Granite Black shingled look instead of the previously aged and faded gray color. Overall, this job was a great success and can easily be considered a job well done.
