A local business in Toms River, NJ contacted Grand View Roofing & Exteriors to check out an issue that has worsened. The skylight has been showing evidence of water damage and water staining. The owner noticed areas of discoloration & moisture staining running down the sides of the skylight walls. While on the flat roof, we checked to see the condition of the roof coating. We found several sections that were cracking and separating and would need attention.    With a commercial roof of this condition, making general repairs on the roof only delays the actual need for a full roof replacement. Patching over the damaged roof sections will help mask the problem areas. In the end, a replacement will be recommended.
