Photo Album: Commercial Roof damaged in Camden, NJ

A business owner in Camden, NJ, requested our services to inspect the roof for sources of water leaks affecting the interior of a local learning center. Upon inspection, we identified several damaged sections that were likely causing water infiltration into the building's classrooms.   Despite the small size of these damaged areas, they are sufficient to allow water penetration, leading to ceiling and wall damage. This can result in potential health risks, such as mildew and mold growth. We observed that the roof had undergone previous repairs, but the flat top portion now shows significant wear and tear.   Temporary solutions, such as using roofing cement or silicon caulk, might provide short-term relief and address the immediate issue. However, until we open up the roof and assess the full extent of the damage, we cannot be certain of the underlying problems. Therefore, we recommended a complete roof renovation and replacement to ensure a long-term solution.
