Photo Album: Riverton, NJ Roof Replacement Inspection

This aged home in Riverton, NJ is streaming for repair and replacement work. We arrived to give the homeowner a Free Estimate on the damaged roof and broken-down siding. We found damage everywhere the eye could see.    We started by inspecting a roof section in the back right side of the home. We could tell the owner tried to cover the missing shingles with a tarp but with the high winds and storm surge, this wasn't holding and water continued to be a factor. They tried using cinderblocks and brinks but the winds were just too strong. to have the tarp in place.   The 10x10 section of the roof needs a replacement. It is beyond repair with so many missing shingles and rotted decking. After we explained what needed to be done to fix the roof damage, we moved on to the siding issues.   Several windows need repairs to the window frame and sills to go along with the siding damage. Most of the frames were peeling, water-damaged, and needed to be re-painted. The painting would be best if the entire home was redone due to the peeling and chipping throughout the exterior.    Grand View Roofing & Exteriors provided a full evaluation of the home's upgrade needs and gave Larry plenty of options to help upgrade his home.
