Photo Album: Roof, Gutters, & Chimney Repair in Howell Township, NJ

The property owner, Felicia, contacted Grand View Roofing & Exteriors to set up a visit to provide a free estimate for the roof, gutters, & chimney repairs and a possible replacement.    When the project manager, Daniel arrived, we could see the damaged soffit & fascia where gutters were absent. The wood is beginning to rot out, and mildew and future property issues will pop up if not corrected. We also documented the chimney issues. We can see that the flashing around the chimney is pulling away and doesn't support the structure the way it should be.   Lastly, the roofing near the back side of the house was peeling and separating from the underlayment. As we pulled up the broken asphalt, we could see water damage forming. At the end of this estimate, we recommended a roof replacement. We can address the gutter issue and chimney while we are completing the roof replacement - hitting two birds with one stone!
