Photo Album: Roof Inspection Turned Replacement in Blackwood, NJ

We received a call from Tyler of Blackwood, NJ who was looking for a written roof inspection report. The homeowner had recently switched insurance companies, and they told him his roof needs to be replaced. The homeowner wanted clarity from a trusted, local roofer so he gave Grand View a call. We were happy to help!   Upon inspection, we recognized deteriorated shingles around both chimneys and soft spots in the decking.    On installation date, 8/2/24, we confirmed leaks around both chimneys and rotted wood. Along rear eve line. We replaced a total of three sheets of plywood and built a cricket on the lower chimney.    We think the brand new shingles add depth and dimension to the home. The homeowner was so pleased with the outcome, especially after learning the previous roof was in such bad shape.
