Photo Album: Siding Replacement in Manahawkin, NJ

We had the pleasure of working with Maritza of Manahawkin, NJ, who was looking to refresh her home's aesthetic. The existing siding had cracks and holes in it, amongst other signs of aging. Replacing the siding would not only make the home look better, but function better when protecting from outside elements. After meeting with one of our team members and going over countless options, Maritza opted for Pelican Bay Traditional Shakes in the color 'Storm.' Once we began removing the existing siding, it was apparent that there were previous issues that caused rotted wood underneath. At Grand View, the integrity of our work is always a priority so we replaced the wooden boards to better protect the home and continued with the replacement. Maritza also chose brand new vinyl shutters, which we believe the black really pops against the new siding color. Maritza was thrilled with the outcome and we were more than happy to help another homeowner!
