Worried About Paying For Your New Roof?

Grand View Roofing & Exteriors just replaced my daughter’s roof that was severely damaged by a wind storm back in August 2024. We searched extensively for a company that had a reputation for high integrity coupled with precision mechanical skills for roof installations. Not only was Grand View at the top of the list but they really deployed their team with military competency. I was awestricken by the high end forklift style equipment they used to get the materials loaded on the roof. This was NOT the typical “Rope and Ladder Bucket Brigade” that most contractors use to manually get the shingles up on the roof. My compliments to BART the foreman-manager who supervised his crew throughout the install process. He clearly is a taskmaster for ensuring the jobsite operations are run efficiently from the point of delivery to the end inclusive of quality assurance and clean up. Thank you BART pardon the pun but you “Nailed It”. And as far as details and disclosure are concerned BART answered all my questions concerning the Scope of Work and pricing parameters inclusive of all the Warranty and Contractual Obligations of All concerned parties. There were no ambiguities with verbal promises and undefined technical jargon.Everything was clearly depicted and conveyed within an understandable contract. In conclusion I would highly recommend Grand View to any homeowner who needs an Honest Contracting Company. I wrote this review redundantly because I posted it early today and did not see the update on google.

Larry and his team are extremely excellent! They did our roof two years ago, and siding this fall. Kevin and Migel went up and above on the siding. Miguel made changes, that I requested, with no issues what so ever. If I wasn't sure abt something, they would absolutely make it work. We had a leak from our dormer, before we got siding. on the sides, Kevin found our dormer(not the roof) in need major repairs. From the leak, our livingroom and dining room ceilings had major water stains. They repair the dormer and after siding was done, they fixed the ceilings in the house at no extra charge. Excellent price, excellent service, excellent and friendly men on the crew. Also very friendly office staff!!! We recommend them very highly.

He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient with our numerous questions, and kept us informed every step of the way. Dan was always available via cell phone, which gave us peace of mind. In a time when price gouging is becoming all too common, it was refreshing that Grandview stuck to their original quote with no hidden surprises. The installation team also treated our property with the utmost respect, and their cleanup was impeccable. Updated Review 6/11/24: After Grand View did such an excellent job with my roof replacement in March, I trusted them to tackle my stucco removal. Larry walked me through all of the options and we decided to replace the faulty stucco with a great vinyl shake product. The crew on the ground completed the project in a very quick, clean, professional manner and paid great attention to detail. Larry was able to finalize all of the last minute punch list items with no issues and we now have a 24 year old house that looks brand new and we don't have to worry about faulty stucco anymore! I can't thank Larry and his team enough for this gorgeous transformation! We will recommend Grand View for years to come! Review from March: Larry and the Grand View team did an excellent job with my roof replacement. They were recommended from a friend that has used Grand View for a few properties. From the start, they were extremely easy to work with, excellent with communication, and paid extreme attention to detail. I was thoroughly impressed with how clean the property was after such a big job. To summarize, they are just downright nice folks that do great work. I had a leak in one of my 2 skylights in my living room, so I researched Google for a contractor and came across Grand View Roofing & Exteriors. They were pretty local to me, so I met with Larry, who was SUPER nice and very informative. He explained everything to me and helped with my financing application too, which was great! With their finance options, I was able to get more of the work I needed completed. I decided to replace the entire roof, as well as the skylights, so I knew I would be fully protected. Their crew only took a day to complete everything. They worked so well together, and cleaned up it was like they were never here. I am still so impressed at how fast they met with me and then installed my new roof and skylights in such little time. They did a GREAT job! I don't normally speak up on things like this, but I am so happy with my new roof (& skylights), I cannot wait to save up for my next project! I want to do my siding next and maybe my front door too... 5 stars from start to finish!

Grand View is a Super, dependable family owned company. Does top notch work and great to work with. Very professional, and there to take care of your family’s biggest investment. Larry and his guys were so professional and courteous, always on time. The crew is very skilled. They were efficient, responsive and easy to communicate with. Our siding and shutters look amazing! It feels like we are in a brand new house. Larry was always available to answer questions and address concerns from start to finish. I would highly recommend Grand View for your siding replacement.
