Roof Repair Photo Album: Roof shingle repair in Toms River, NJ

A Toms River, NJ homeowner trusted a previous roofing contractor to repair her damaged asphalt roof some time ago. The issue Grand View Roofing & Exteriors was called to inspect was the possibility that the company that repaired the roof, didn't complete the job properly.    When we walked the roof, we did see an attempt to seal off the compromised areas of the roof but the work was shotty and sloppy. The sealant they used was not allpied properly and you could see parts of the separated shingles that were never completely sealed.
