We went to a duplex in Millville, NJ to give an estimate for this property owner. Originally, we were given the call to look at the old, asphalt shingles roof, but upon further inspection, we found damaged siding and severe roof damage.    The homeowner wasn't aware of the extent of the damages to the seam that is the mid-section of the roof. There was a clear separation between the shingles which road along the middle of the roof. We advised Pam to have the interior of the 2 walls facing one another to see if there has been any water running down.
