Roof Repair Photo Album: Bridgeton, NJ Leaking Roof

Aisha called Grand View Roofing & Siding to check on a slow leak that she continued to find evidence of. It seemed like every time there was a steady rain, she would hear a dripping sound and didn't know where it was coming from.    We dispatched one of our inspectors/salesmen to figure out where and what the issue was, exactly. We started in the attic to explore any obvious water staining or damage to the interior of the attic decking or if any of the insulation displayed discoloration.    It only took a few minutes to find where the issues were stemming from. Unfortunately, there was more than one area in need of repair/replacement. We found holes in the decking from previously removed bolts. This is an easy entranceway for water to work its way into her home.    From what we witnessed, we could offer a roof repair to the damaged areas and save the homeowner several thousands of dollars. In the end, we showed each option, went through the process, and made sure whatever Aisha's decision was, she felt comfortable without recommendations.
