Insurance Atlas Roof Replacement - Williamstown, NJ
Challenge
Our new customer, Jason from Williamstown, NJ, discovered our company through our monthly mailer, ValPak. He urgently needed a new roof after his insurance company requested that it was time to replace it, and his roof had begun collecting moss, indicating the need for replacement. In September, he met with our team member, Steve, to discuss his various options for roof replacement. After carefully considering all the alternatives, Jason chose Atlas Pinnacle Pristine Roofing products for his new roof. This project came with a 50-year worry-free warranty provided by Atlas, along with Grand View's workmanship warranty. While selecting the color of his shingles, Jason chose Sunset, which was the complete opposite of his existing black shingles, but turned out to be a perfect match with his existing light tan-colored siding and dark green shutters.
Solution
Our team was able to start and finish the installation of Jason's new roof in just one day, giving him peace of mind and ensuring his home is well-protected. We also assisted Jason with the insurance process by gathering the necessary documents and photos, which were forwarded to his insurance company for the final issue of their supplement. With Insurance companies involved the replacement process can get a little tricky and this job could have been a nightmare for the customer.
