Decking wood rot
During the inspection, we found several areas of decking wood rot, most notably, this railing section. This can also be a sign of termite issues which would need to be addressed.
Deck floor boards need attention
We see the paint wearing and peeling back. This deck will need replacement boards at a minimum or sanded and re-painted.
Under deck and flooring issues
The homeowner removed their pool and needs repairs to the current deck. The critter guard has broken off and some of the flooring is showing water damage and rotting.
