We had the pleasure of working with Christina of Sicklerville, NJ who was looking to completely remodel the exterior of her home. She was interested in replacing the siding on her home, a new front door, garage door, and painting the stucco on the front of her home. We scheduled a visit with one of our specialists who was able to take a deeper look at the home and get a better idea of the homeowner's goals with this project. Upon inspection, the homeowner also discussed a new sliding door to her backyard. We were excited to start this project and exceed Christina's expectations! For the siding, we installed Charter Oak vinyl siding, new soffit, and began on the new exterior doors. Christina opted for a charcoal gray and light blue color palette, which we think turned out beautifully. We love the final transformation of this exterior remodel!

We had the pleasure of meeting Lance and Noemi of Millville, NJ who were looking for a siding estimate for their home. They were looking to refresh their home's aesthetic and they certainly called the right place. Upon meeting with one of our siding experts, the homeowners were also interested in replacement doors and windows. We were excited to get started on this job because we knew there was a dramatic transformation awaiting us! They opted for Alside Charter Oak Siding, which would provide their home with durable protection and a beautiful new color palette. We also installed new gutters, downspouts, and guards to improve the home's functionality. We are loving the before-and-after transformation and the homeowners were ecstatic with the outcome!

We first met Chelsea of Vineland, NJ when she and her husband Tejay were in need of a small siding repair. Grand View Roofing & Exteriors will take on almost any job within our scope, large or small. We gladly repaired a small portion of their home's siding and they were satisfied customers. Satisfied enough to call us back when it came time to replace their roof! They met with our team again and discussed their options for a full replacement. After weighing their options for the various brands we offer, they chose to go with the Altas Pinnacle Pristine Roofing System. They opted for the Pristine Black colored shingles to accentuate their existing white siding. They received Atlas's lifetime warranty as well as Grand View's 15-year workmanship warranty, so now they can live worry-free! After the roof installation was complete, they decided they wanted to replace their front door as well. We removed their existing door and replaced it with a brand new Provia ComforTechDC 400 ESM door in Black with Addison hardware. We also installed, per the customer's request, a new White storm door with an adjustable half-screen. Chelsea and Tejay were glad they remained loyal Grand View customers and have even referred us new ones.

Our customer Margie of Vineland, NJ came to us over the summer looking to add on to her home. She requested a deck be built onto the back of her home and also inquired about adding a porch to the front of her home. We met with Margie and discussed her options for moving forward with the new construction work she was looking to have completed. She quickly decided that we were the right company for her and officially became a Grand View Exteriors customer after signing on with us. Before breaking ground, we needed to secure Margie's County and town permits necessary when completing work as we planned. Once we confirmed we had the correct paperwork necessary to begin work, we headed to Vineland! To say this project was quick and easy would be a huge exaggeration. Our crew spent their time at Margie's ensuring she received the best quality workmanship we could provide. Needless to say, the final result is simply stunning. The newly added structures added just the right touch of "home" to the property and now allows Margie to gather along with friends and family to enjoy her new porch and deck.

We had the pleasure of working with Matthew of Vineland, NJ who was concerned about the condition of his roof. We went down to meet with Matthew and assess the state of the roof, where we found signs of aging, such as algae growth and sun spots on the shingles. We helped answer some of the homeowner's questions regarding the insurance claims process, and once the claim was approved, we were able to begin the roof replacement.

Matthew wanted to keep the original color palette of his home consistent when choosing a new shingle color, so we recommended the durable IKO Dynasty Shingles in 'Granite Black.' We were also able to install new shutters for the homeowner, as the previous shutters showed signs of aging and some were even missing. Matthew was thrilled with the outcome of the replacement and very appreciative of our speedy turnaround!
