We have a customer in Sicklerville, NJ that called upon Grand View when he was in need of a new roof. However, he was also looking to add a little something extra to his home by installing a new deck as well. We used the products of Jalil's choosing for his roof, including Tri-Built preventative products prior to installing his GAF Timberline HD Lifetime Dimensional Shingles. Our crew was able to install his roof within a day's work and he was very pleased with the outcome. When Jalil opted for the roofing products he chose, he also received a workmanship Lifetime worry-free warranty with his installation.

Before moving to the new construction of Jalil's deck, we needed to secure permits from the township and approval from his HOA, which we completed by protocol and with ease. After having all documents prepared, we began breaking ground on the new deck. This job took a bit longer than Jalil's roof install. With our lead carpenter, Kevin, and his crew after about a week of hard work, they were able to completely finish this beautifully crafted Trex deck with new white vinyl railings. Jalil's home was already attractive, but with the assistance of Grand View Roofing & Exteriors, it has now become one of the most stunning homes in the neighborhood.

We received a call from Dorris of Sicklerville, NJ who was looking to meet with one of our siding specialists. Her home has a few sides with asbestos siding that she was looking to have replaced. However, not all of the sides of her home had asbestos siding. Upon meeting with one of our experts, Dorris was relieved to hear that we could color-match the new siding with the rest of her home's siding that did not need to be replaced. We got started immediately with a huge storm only a few days away. We also installed new gutters and downspouts - the home was ready for the impending rain! Dorris and her family are thrilled with the outcome and we think the sleek new siding gives her home a fresh look.

We had the pleasure of working with Christina of Sicklerville, NJ who was looking to completely remodel the exterior of her home. She was interested in replacing the siding on her home, a new front door, garage door, and painting the stucco on the front of her home. We scheduled a visit with one of our specialists who was able to take a deeper look at the home and get a better idea of the homeowner's goals with this project. Upon inspection, the homeowner also discussed a new sliding door to her backyard. We were excited to start this project and exceed Christina's expectations! For the siding, we installed Charter Oak vinyl siding, new soffit, and began on the new exterior doors. Christina opted for a charcoal gray and light blue color palette, which we think turned out beautifully. We love the final transformation of this exterior remodel!

We had the pleasure of meeting Lance and Noemi of Millville, NJ who were looking for a siding estimate for their home. They were looking to refresh their home's aesthetic and they certainly called the right place. Upon meeting with one of our siding experts, the homeowners were also interested in replacement doors and windows. We were excited to get started on this job because we knew there was a dramatic transformation awaiting us! We also installed new gutters, downspouts, and guards to improve the home's functionality. We are loving the before-and-after transformation and the homeowners were ecstatic with the outcome!

We first met Chelsea of Vineland, NJ when she and her husband Tejay were in need of a small siding repair. Grand View Roofing & Exteriors will take on almost any job within our scope, large or small. We gladly repaired a small portion of their home's siding and they were satisfied customers. Satisfied enough to call us back when it came time to replace their roof! They met with our team again and discussed their options for a full replacement. After weighing their options for the various brands we offer, they chose to go with the Altas Pinnacle Pristine Roofing System. They opted for the Pristine Black colored shingles to accentuate their existing white siding. They received Atlas's lifetime warranty as well as Grand View's 15-year workmanship warranty, so now they can live worry-free! After the roof installation was complete, they decided they wanted to replace their front door as well. We removed their existing door and replaced it with a brand new Provia ComforTechDC 400 ESM door in Black with Addison hardware. We also installed, per the customer's request, a new White storm door with an adjustable half-screen. Chelsea and Tejay were glad they remained loyal Grand View customers and have even referred us new ones.
