Our customer Margie of Vineland, NJ came to us over the summer looking to add on to her home. She requested a deck be built onto the back of her home and also inquired about adding a porch to the front of her home. We met with Margie and discussed her options for moving forward with the new construction work she was looking to have completed. She quickly decided that we were the right company for her and officially became a Grand View Exteriors customer after signing on with us. Before breaking ground, we needed to secure Margie's County and town permits necessary when completing work as we planned. Once we confirmed we had the correct paperwork necessary to begin work, we headed to Vineland! To say this project was quick and easy would be a huge exaggeration. Our crew spent their time at Margie's ensuring she received the best quality workmanship we could provide. Needless to say, the final result is simply stunning. The newly added structures added just the right touch of "home" to the property and now allows Margie to gather along with friends and family to enjoy her new porch and deck.

We had the pleasure of working with Matthew of Vineland, NJ who was concerned about the condition of his roof. We went down to meet with Matthew and assess the state of the roof, where we found signs of aging, such as algae growth and sun spots on the shingles. We helped answer some of the homeowner's questions regarding the insurance claims process, and once the claim was approved, we were able to begin the roof replacement.

Our customer, Robert from Vineland, NJ, discovered our company online and was impressed by our positive reviews and past work. Our installation team was able to complete the job in just one day, working together flawlessly. During the installation, we discovered that some plywood was damaged. To ensure complete protection and proper installation of the new roof, we replaced all the damaged wood with new CDX plywood. Unlike the industry-standard OBX plywood, CDX plywood is more durable and less prone to deterioration, which can prevent future moisture damage from the outside. Eliron was extremely satisfied with the quality of work we provided and can now rest assured that his new roof will protect his home from leaks and other damages.
