We had the pleasure of meeting Rhonda of Woodstown, NJ who was in need of a roofer that could work with her homeowner's insurance policy. She sustained damage to her roof and initially reached out to another local roofer, but after their initial inspection of her roof she never heard back from them. We were able to sit down with her and discuss her policy while also taking a look at her roof (which needed replacement at this point). Rhonda was thrilled to find a company that not only listened to her concerns, but was eager to help her get the most out of her insurance claim. We got started right away by removing the damaged shingles. Our crew made sure to re-nail any loose wood decking and laid new underlayment to ensure long-term protection for her home. Rhonda opted for the stunning IKO Dynasty shingles in "Granite Black" which makes her home's roof really stand out. The homeowner was as pleased with the outcome as we were!
We initially met with our customer, Barry of Bridgeton, NJ after he was referred to us by one of our satisfied customers! Barry was in need of a new roof and after choosing to give out office a call, he has found himself a contractor. Barry's home is gorgeous as it is but after replacing his roof, it allowed the home to look like it was just built. We started like all of our other roof replacements, by removing all the existing materials down to the plywood and replacing any damaged or rotted sheets with new CDX plywood. CDX is a wonderful alternative to the typical industry-wide used OSB plywood because it is able to protect the roof for years to come! Barry opted to use all-new Atlas roofing products on his roof. We installed an Atlas weather master ice and water shield, a new Summit synthetic underlayment, and also Atlas starter shingles to ensure the core of the roof was fully protected against any outdoor elements. He then chose to have the Atlas architectural shingles, installing them in the chosen color of Pristine Black. During the installation of the roof, we also installed 3 new Velux deck-mounted skylights to the home. All in all, Barry was very happy that he picked Grand View for his roofing needs. His new Atlas roof also provided him with a lifetime worry-free warranty. See for yourself, this house went from pretty back to beautiful with the help of our crew at Grand View!
When we say this customer called us for "the works", he sure meant everything! Mike of Mullica Hill, NJ called us wanting to completely change the appearance of his home. He needed to replace his roof as it had finally reached its lifespan, along with rebuilding his chimney. He also was interested in replacing windows, soffit, fascia, gutters, and last but certainly, not least, his siding, making this job a complete exterior remodel. Mike decided to stick with the same color scheme but definitely upgraded when opting for all Atlas Roofing products for his roof, from the ice and water shield all the way to the architectural shingles in his chosen timeless color of Granite Black. After completing the roof for Mike, we moved on to the windows, removing the current windows and replacing them with new construction Slocomb 677 double-hung windows in their place. The most noticeable change to Mike's home was the siding. He originally had an outdated greyish/tan color tone on his home, to make a change like he was looking for, he chose to go with Charter Oak vinyl clapboard siding in the color Canyon Drift. To accent the home even more, we also added Charter Oak specialty straight shakes vinyl siding, in the same color, to the peaks of his roof while adding a beautiful white trim to accentuate the final look. We installed brand-new 5K white seamless gutters and downspouts with this install too. Mike also opted to remove his old green shutters and replace them with new Mid-America shutters, which unfortunately, are not shown in these photos, but give the home the finishing touch Mike was searching for. Just another job well done by our team at Grand View Roofing & Exteriors and another satisfied customer due to our service!
Matthew from Mullica Hill was referred to us by one of our previous satisfied customers and contacted us to replace his roof. Our owner, Larry, met with him and impressed him with his knowledge and skills, as well as a fair estimate. Matthew opted for TriBuilt preventative roofing products, which provide thorough protection for his roof. He also chose IKO Dynasty architectural shingles in Frostone Grey, and we installed a new solar-powered attic fan at the back of his garage to ensure proper ventilation in his attic. At Matthew's request, we also dug out the window wells and added 3/4" river rock and new plastic covers. The result was a beautifully installed IKO roof including our worry-free workmanship warranty, bringing new life to his home.
David of Mullica Hill, NJ was referred to us after considering changing the outdoor appearance of this home. We met with David and provided pricing on a new roof, new siding, windows, and gutters. He additionally requested an estimate for a newly constructed deck as well. Once David chose Grand View as his contractor, we had to get to work on this large remodel.
We began with the roof of the home which we removed the existing roof down to the plywood. After installing the Tri-Built preventative roofing products chosen by the customer, we moved to install the IKO Dynasty architectural shingles in the chosen color: Granite Black. This color is one of our most popular shingle colors due to the fact that it looks beautiful on any house it is installed in. We then removed all existing windows and replaced them with all-white, new-construction Slocomb 177 double-hung windows in their place. The siding replacement helped update the home tremendously!
We removed the old existing siding and in its place installed all-new Mastic Quest double 5" siding in the chosen color of Scottish Thistle. At David's request, we also added a few touches of elegance by first adding a beautiful Versetta stone, color: Mission Point, as well as, IKO Cambridge architectural shingles in the color of Beachwood to the peaks of David's roof, which truly gave the home a classy, modern yet timeless look.
We finally wrapped up the installation with all-new 6" white seamless gutters and downspouts to the home. Last but certainly not least, we began work on David's updated deck. He chose to replace the existing old decking and railings with a new Timbertech Azek vintage collection in French White Oak and a Classic Composite series RadianceRail in Matte Espresso. All in all, this was a job well done by our Grand View crews and another happy customer!
