Another referred customer of Mullica Hill, NJ called upon Grand View for an update to the exterior of their home and showed interest in new siding and possible stonework. After meeting with the couple, they decided to maintain most of the existing features of their home while adding some flair. They chose to have us install new Certainteed Monogram vinyl siding in Charcoal Gray to the perimeter of their home, while also adding a section of stone veneer siding to the front of their home in an Alaska Gray color. The final look made this home not just refreshed, but we were also able to return it to its original beauty. 

This old, worn-out roof has seen better days...until the trusted professionals at Grand View Roofing & Exteriors came out and made this homeowner's roofing issues fade away! 

After going over all of the customer's options and explaining why the Klaus Roofing way is the best option, we started by disposing of the old shingles efficiently and safely. We use industrial-style tarps to direct falling shingles away from the home's siding and make sure that the property stays protected at all times. 

Our crew took the time needed to ensure the replacement roof was done professionally and flawlessly. We used IKO Dynasty asphalt shingles and replaced all the damaged soffit and fascia around the premier of the home. The design of these shingles offers maximum protection against the elements and adds a touch of class to every home they are installed on. 

We had the pleasure of working with our repeat customers, Sharon and Ron, of Elmer, NJ. We had recently replaced their roof and they were inquiring about a siding replacement estimate for their home. They also mentioned windows that may be in need of replacement. One of our crew members drove down to meet them at their home, where we got a better look at the existing siding and windows. After discussing all possible options for colors, materials, etc., we were able to create a virtual model of their home with the final options so they could get a better visual to make their final decision. They opted for Canyon Drift Charter Oak Hidden Vent soffit, Antique Parchment Shakes, and brand new gutters and shutters to perfectly accent their home. They also chose to have two windows replaced in their attic. Sharon and Ron were ecstatic with the outcome, leaving us the following kind message: "We are so very happy with everything. Kevin and Miguel did a fantastic job!!" We are over the moon to make these homeowners fall in love with their home again.

Jessika and Reggie reached out to Grand View Roofing & Exteriors in need of a roof replacement due to their roof has reached the end of its lifespan. We met with them and provided an estimate to replace their old roof with all-new IKO Dynasty roofing products. When choosing a shingle color, they decided to change their once brown roof to something a little different and chose to have the IKO Dynasty class 3 hail-protected shingles installed in the color Biscayne. WE must say, it gave their home just the right amount of flair. Before installing the IKO Dynasty finishing shingles, we ensured the roof was adequately protected, using Tri-Built preventative roofing products such as an ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, and Tri-Built starter shingles. We also paid attention to the smaller details, including a new C3 1/2" drip edge in Almond to match the home's aesthetics, as well as new pipe collars and ridge vents. Jessika and Reggie's home was already beautiful, but with out help, we were able to maintain its beauty while removing any worries they have have previously had about their roof.

He was referred to us by someone who trusted our work and recommended us to him. Bernie needed a new roof because his old one was wearing out, fading, and collecting debris. After meeting with our team, Bernie was impressed with our work ethic and expertise and decided to hire us. Our team did an excellent job transforming his old roof into a new, fully protected, and beautiful one. The new roof complements the existing siding and rock on his home, and the before-and-after photos are amazing.
