Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

This old, worn-out roof has seen better days...until the trusted professionals at Grand View Roofing & Exteriors came out and made this homeowner's roofing issues fade away! 

After going over all of the customer's options and explaining why the Klaus Roofing way is the best option, we started by disposing of the old shingles efficiently and safely. We use industrial-style tarps to direct falling shingles away from the home's siding and make sure that the property stays protected at all times. 

Our crew took the time needed to ensure the replacement roof was done professionally and flawlessly. We used IKO Dynasty asphalt shingles and replaced all the damaged soffit and fascia around the premier of the home. The design of these shingles offers maximum protection against the elements and adds a touch of class to every home they are installed on. 

Jessika and Reggie reached out to Grand View Roofing & Exteriors in need of a roof replacement due to their roof has reached the end of its lifespan. We met with them and provided an estimate to replace their old roof with all-new IKO Dynasty roofing products. When choosing a shingle color, they decided to change their once brown roof to something a little different and chose to have the IKO Dynasty class 3 hail-protected shingles installed in the color Biscayne. WE must say, it gave their home just the right amount of flair. Before installing the IKO Dynasty finishing shingles, we ensured the roof was adequately protected, using Tri-Built preventative roofing products such as an ice and water shield, synthetic underlayment, and Tri-Built starter shingles. We also paid attention to the smaller details, including a new C3 1/2" drip edge in Almond to match the home's aesthetics, as well as new pipe collars and ridge vents. Jessika and Reggie's home was already beautiful, but with out help, we were able to maintain its beauty while removing any worries they have have previously had about their roof.

Recently, our client Ron and his wife from Washington Township, NJ met with Larry to discuss their home improvement needs. They had found our website and requested a free estimate. We had the pleasure of working with Rangil of Cherry Hill, NJ who initially called us after noticing a few missing shingles had blown off into his yard. Rangil did not notice any inside leaks but decided to be proactive and call Grand View. Upon inspection, we noticed cracked pipe collars, poor attic ventilation, and nail pops over the entirety of his roof. After meeting with our team and discussing options, Rangil opted for a full-roof replacement to address all of the issues at once instead of prolonging any repairs. We began with removing the existing shingles down to the decking, re-nailing any loose decking to ensure longevity, and installing new flashing and drip edge where necessary. We laid new Ice & Water on all eaves and valleys, and installed new Premium Synthetic Underlayment to keep all the layers dry and protected. Rangil opted for the beautiful IKO Dynasty Shingles in the color 'Frostone Gray' and we think the outcome speaks for itself.
