Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Earlier this spring, we had the pleasure of meeting with Kim from Woodstown, NJ once again to provide an estimate for a new roof. Kim was a returning customer who wanted to replace her old, faded tan-colored shingled roof with something new. Her existing roof showed signs of wear and tear, with broken and missing shingles, and the garage roof was beginning to sag. Our team promptly got to work to assist our valued customers. We recommended using Tri-Built roofing products for added protection against the elements, and Kim chose the IKO Dynasty line of shingles in Summit Gray, which perfectly matched the existing shutters on her home and garage. Although we may not have had the extra time recently to share new projects, Grand View Exteriors has surely kept its schedule booked up. Our most recent installation was for our customers in Pilesgrove, NJ. John was referred to us by a previous customer we completed work in the past for. He met with Larry for a roof estimate after his insurance company was insisting it was time for a change. Not only did we help John replace his roof, but we also assisted with the insurance adjuster meeting(s), as well as provided him with all of the necessary information to have his claim filed and approved without any hassle. John had our Klaus roofing system installed to his home and it looks wonderful! He chose to stick with the same color scheme and opted for the IKO Dynasty Granite Black shingle color and the results speak for themselves.

We had the pleasure of working with Amy from Pilesgrove, NJ, who was in need of a new roof. The homeowner called after a massive storm and told us there was extensive damage. She had concerns about replacing the roof with solar panels on top. We immediately came out to take a look and assess the roof's damage. Upon arrival, we did find some damaged and missing shingles but our experts assured Amy that the roof replacement was the best course of action. Before installing, we made sure the solar panels were removed and began with removing all existing shingles. We began by installing Tribuilt Ice and Water Shield as well as new underlayment to protect the home. Amy opted for the heavy-duty and durable IKO Dynasty Shingles in 'Cornerstone/Weatherwood' which would bring her peace of mind for years to come. Amy was thrilled with the outcome of her roof replacement and we think the final transformation turned out beautiful!

We initially met with our customer, Barry of Bridgeton, NJ after he was referred to us by one of our satisfied customers! Barry was in need of a new roof and after choosing to give out office a call, he has found himself a contractor. Barry's home is gorgeous as it is but after replacing his roof, it allowed the home to look like it was just built. We started like all of our other roof replacements, by removing all the existing materials down to the plywood and replacing any damaged or rotted sheets with new CDX plywood. CDX is a wonderful alternative to the typical industry-wide used OSB plywood because it is able to protect the roof for years to come! Barry opted to use all-new Atlas roofing products on his roof. We installed an Atlas weather master ice and water shield, a new Summit synthetic underlayment, and also Atlas starter shingles to ensure the core of the roof was fully protected against any outdoor elements. He then chose to have the Atlas architectural shingles, installing them in the chosen color of Pristine Black. During the installation of the roof, we also installed 3 new Velux deck-mounted skylights to the home. All in all, Barry was very happy that he picked Grand View for his roofing needs. Matthew from Mullica Hill was referred to us by one of our previous satisfied customers and contacted us to replace his roof. Our owner, Larry, met with him and impressed him with his knowledge and skills, as well as a fair estimate. Matthew opted for TriBuilt preventative roofing products, which provide thorough protection for his roof. He also chose IKO Dynasty architectural shingles in Frostone Grey, and we installed a new solar-powered attic fan at the back of his garage to ensure proper ventilation in his attic. At Matthew's request, we also dug out the window wells and added 3/4" river rock and new plastic covers.
