Roof Replacement Before & After Photos

Our company had the pleasure of meeting Bill, of Woodstown, NJ for an estimate to replace his existing roof. He was referred to us by one of our many satisfied customers and really enjoyed meeting with our owner, Larry for his appointment. Larry was able to answer any and all of Bill's questions or concerns and made sure to provide the best price along with top-of-the-line roofing materials to replace the roof. Our crew began by removing all of the existing roof material from the home, all the way to the plywood. We used Tri-Built preventative roofing products to make sure Bill's entire roof was fully protected, from the inside out. We then began installation of the customer-chosen IKO Dynasty line of shingles in the color Glacier. To ensure the smaller details were handled properly, we also installed new pipe collars and a new power attic fan to allow proper ventilation. Last but not least, we were asked by the customer to remove his old, non-working satellite dish and antenna that had been an eyesore to look at. The difference we were able to make was amazing, Bill went from an old faded, and worn-out roof that was once black to a brand-new IKO Dynasty, Glacier roof which accentuated the color scheme of his home. He also can now live worry-free with an included workmanship warranty provided by Grand View Roofing & Exteriors!

Earlier this spring, we had the pleasure of meeting with Kim from Woodstown, NJ once again to provide an estimate for a new roof. Kim was a returning customer who wanted to replace her old, faded tan-colored shingled roof with something new. Her existing roof showed signs of wear and tear, with broken and missing shingles, and the garage roof was beginning to sag. Our team promptly got to work to assist our valued customers. Although we may not have had the extra time recently to share new projects, Grand View Exteriors has surely kept its schedule booked up. Our most recent installation was for our customers in Pilesgrove, NJ. John was referred to us by a previous customer we completed work in the past for. He met with Larry for a roof estimate after his insurance company was insisting it was time for a change. Not only did we help John replace his roof, but we also assisted with the insurance adjuster meeting(s), as well as provided him with all of the necessary information to have his claim filed and approved without any hassle. John had our Klaus roofing system installed to his home and it looks wonderful! He chose to stick with the same color scheme and opted for the IKO Dynasty Granite Black shingle color and the results speak for themselves.

We had the pleasure of working with Amy from Pilesgrove, NJ, who was in need of a new roof. The homeowner called after a massive storm and told us there was extensive damage. She had concerns about replacing the roof with solar panels on top. We immediately came out to take a look and assess the roof's damage. Upon arrival, we did find some damaged and missing shingles but our experts assured Amy that the roof replacement was the best course of action. Before installing, we made sure the solar panels were removed and began with removing all existing shingles.
