Recently, our client Ron and his wife from Washington Township, NJ met with Larry to discuss their home improvement needs. They had found our website and requested a free estimate. After our meeting, we also showed them around our showroom and helped them choose from a variety of products, including but not limited to roofing, siding, windows, and doors. We began with removing the existing shingles down to the decking, re-nailing any loose decking to ensure longevity, and installing new flashing and drip edge where necessary. We laid new Ice & Water on all eaves and valleys, and installed new Premium Synthetic Underlayment to keep all the layers dry and protected. Rangil opted for the beautiful IKO Dynasty Shingles in the color 'Frostone Gray' and we think the outcome speaks for itself. We have a customer in Sicklerville, NJ that called upon Grand View when he was in need of a new roof. However, he was also looking to add a little something extra to his home by installing a new deck as well. We used the products of Jalil's choosing for his roof, including Tri-Built preventative products prior to installing his GAF Timberline HD Lifetime Dimensional Shingles. Our crew was able to install his roof within a day's work and he was very pleased with the outcome. Before moving to the new construction of Jalil's deck, we needed to secure permits from the township and approval from his HOA, which we completed by protocol and with ease. After having all documents prepared, we began breaking ground on the new deck. This job took a bit longer than Jalil's roof install. With our lead carpenter, Kevin, and his crew after about a week of hard work, they were able to completely finish this beautifully crafted Trex deck with new white vinyl railings. Jalil's home was already attractive, but with the assistance of Grand View Roofing & Exteriors, it has now become one of the most stunning homes in the neighborhood.

We first met Chelsea of Vineland, NJ when she and her husband Tejay were in need of a small siding repair. Grand View Roofing & Exteriors will take on almost any job within our scope, large or small. We gladly repaired a small portion of their home's siding and they were satisfied customers. Satisfied enough to call us back when it came time to replace their roof! They met with our team again and discussed their options for a full replacement. We also installed, per the customer's request, a new White storm door with an adjustable half-screen. Our customer Margie of Vineland, NJ came to us over the summer looking to add on to her home. She requested a deck be built onto the back of her home and also inquired about adding a porch to the front of her home. We met with Margie and discussed her options for moving forward with the new construction work she was looking to have completed. She quickly decided that we were the right company for her and officially became a Grand View Exteriors customer after signing on with us. Before breaking ground, we needed to secure Margie's County and town permits necessary when completing work as we planned. Once we confirmed we had the correct paperwork necessary to begin work, we headed to Vineland! To say this project was quick and easy would be a huge exaggeration. Our crew spent their time at Margie's ensuring she received the best quality workmanship we could provide. Needless to say, the final result is simply stunning. The newly added structures added just the right touch of "home" to the property and now allows Margie to gather along with friends and family to enjoy her new porch and deck.
